St. Paul Peterson from The Time (Purple Rain era) and lead singer Prince’s group The Family has assembled a who’s who of Minneapolis Funk Legends to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the movie that made Minneapolis Funk Famous.. “It’s hard to believe it’s been 40 years since the premiere of this iconic movie, and it’s great to feature the music from this movie in our set.” St. Paul and the Minneapolis Funk All Stars play music from Prince, The Time, The Family, Sheila E and other hits that came out of Minneapolis during the Purple Era.
The band is: St. Paul Peterson – bass and vocals (The TIme, The Family) Dr Fink – keyboards (Prince and the Revolution)
Jellybean Johnson – guitar (The Time, The Family)
Elisa Fiorillo – vocals (Prince and the New Power Generation) Jason Peterson DeLaire – sax and vocals (Paisley Park House Band)
Joey Finger – drums (Batman Soundtrack)

Lawn chairs are accepted and encouraged.
Music will run till 9:58pm due the city noise ordinance.
We will have multiple bars set up outside along with some food options. Our full Resturant and bar will be open inside for other food and drink options
