On the Nordic team we have a full time local head brewer and a Minnesota native head chef with years of experience in creating delicious options utilizing locally sourced ingredients and supporting other local businesses as much as possible.

Our main goal at the Nordic Brewpub is to create a menu packed full of flavor that uses organic and locally sourced products, while taking a healthier approach with fresh ingredients in a scratch style kitchen! Our craft blended burgers are a big hit amongst our customers along with our wings and smash burgers.

Our restaurant serves delicious sandwiches, wings, smash burgers, bowls, vegan options, vegetarian options, gluten free options, German sausage platter, flatbreads, appetizers, salads, seasonal soups, and the best ever grilled cheese!

Our brewer takes inspiration from various regions of the world to craft beer that tastes like beer in our very own brewery.
Our Thunder Bus Imperial oatmeal stout and our Mango woman a black currant mango sour are a couple of our seasonal hits!
We brew small batches and are always coming up with fun new ideas, our taps always have something for everyone to enjoy.
The Nordic Brewpub also features full bar options including craft cocktails, scotch, whiskey, burbons, rums, tequila, mead and wine.

We proudly have hard cider and kombucha on tap from other local MN companies.
